If you think you can't afford video think again. We are the only company that will let you pay for your video after the wedding. Just pay a $400.00 deposit and the rest when the video is delivered. Ask the other guys to do that.

The truth about HD. Sure it's the new thing to do but the truth about HD is that it only looks great in bright light. When was the last time you saw bright light in a church or at a reception. The church will not allow you to bring in lights and do you want a video person with a big bright light following you around at your reception? Don't be talked into HD. The technology is not there yet. We offer 3 chip pro cameras that work awesome in lower light. Don't pay for HD.

Your professionally produced and edited video will contain the following sections.

(Finished product can be DVD or VHS for Grandma or Grandpa.) : (approx 5 minutes)

•  Names of Bride and Groom and Date of Wedding.

•  Outside of church or place of your wedding zoom out.

•  Still pictures (15-20 current and/or past pictures).

•  Bride and Groom preparing for ceremony. 

•  Guests entering the chapel.

•  Scan of wedding invitation and guests at the ceremony. 

Time of this sections depends on the length of music selected.

g Ceremony (entire length of the ceremony)

•  Entry of Bridal Party. 

•  Bride enters and walking down the aisle.

•  Readings, Singers, Vows, and Unity Candle.

•  Wireless microphone used to record vows.

•  Second microphone is used for readers and/or singers.

•  Video ends when Bride and Groom exit.

•  One professional 3 CCD Chip camera records the ceremony.  

Second camera is available – ask about additional cost.

*If close up of brides face during vows, readers, singers etc is wanted, two cameras will be needed!

Included also is receiving line visuals and comments recorded, if line is at church.  

 Reception (approx 50-1:30 min)

•  Entrance of Bridal Party.

•  Cake cutting.

•  Toast to the newlyweds.

•  First dance of the newlyweds and Wedding Party dance if performed.

•  Bouquet and Garter toss.

•  Parental Dances.

•  Specialty dances.

•  Spontaneous memorable moments.

•  Customized sections are available if planned.

•  Interviews with Parents and/or Wedding Party Members if wanted.

Closing (Approx. 20-40 min)

Additional dances, miscellaneous additional scenes would also be included.

Editing of your video would be consistent with the above sections.

Aesthetic changes can be made at the current hourly rate.

Changes about this format can be discussed at the wedding rehearsal.

FULL SERVICE WEDDING & RECEPTION RATES

One Camera For Ceremony & One Camera For Reception =  $1,095

Two Cameras For Ceremony & Two Camera For Reception = $1,495.00

• Up to six hours of service on day of wedding, depending on package and time spacing.

     • A $400.00 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure any date and is deducted from total amount due.

     • Your balance is due upon delivery of your video (up to 1 month after your wedding day).

     • There are no extra charges for set-up or take-down time.

     • Price quote is for Detroit area only. Call for travel fees outside the area.

We offer discounts for Friday and Sunday receptions as well as receptions scheduled through the months of January, February, the first 2 weeks of March, last 2 weeks of November, and entire month of December. Call for discounted rates.

If you would like to reserve any of the services that Yourspecialnight DJ & Video Productions provides, contact our office and your date will be held for 10 days and an agreement will be sent to you. Below are the amounts needed for retainer fee’s, as well as payable name information. A retainer fee is required to secure a date past the 10 day hold time and is deducted from your total amount. Retainer fees can be paid in check or cash. You will also find information on balance due dates, forms of payment and payable names. Payments on all services can be made early if desired.
